Absolutely, Positively, Part 1

from When Will You Die? by NCN

/

about

A rare recording of Negativland member 'The Weatherman' hanging out with Ronald Redball and (then) future Negativland member Wobbly (Jon Leidecker) and talking to 'jammers' (CB Radio users).

In the next sequence, we hear Ronald interacting with the interactive track off of Bob and Doug's 'Great White North' album. This took place on the Negativland radio show, 'Over the Edge' circa 1990's with Ronald calling in and the record being played in studio. Music from Bob Dylan's 'Positively Fourth Street' is mixed with this, post-production.

The track ends with a sequence of former NCN alumni Ronald Redball and Mr. 1:15 on Over the Edge along with Don Joyce of Negativland. Phineas (possibly) calls in at one point. Redball screams in Bug voice 'Take Calls Now!' at an oblivious Don who is completely absorbed in running the mix.
