This Track is the Beginning of Disc 2:

Wobbly plays a classical piece (an adagio?) (unknown name, does anyone know what it is? I want to say it is Handel's Water Music). Various versions of the classical piece including a harmonica and a theramin version are simul-mixed and layered with various breathing effects. We hear the booper (by Wobbly) come in again. Respirator sounds.

At the end of this we hear the 'Every Breath You Take' vamp played again this time with a bit of Sting's vocals coming through. This builds to a crash admist baby crying/breathing sounds and other samples and ends with the sound of a hospital respirator. Other breathing effects join this including a looped sample which builds and recedes. Rhythmic breathing samples are played, looped at various speeds. This builds to a climax and exhalation.
