Various samples derived from people speaking in the first track 'Time and Space' are heard looped over themselves. We hear the sound effect of a fly buzzing around which points to the stagnating nature of the background loop.

Gradually, in an aural and symbolic sense, the loop is worked through.

We hear a brief sample from Nine Inch Nails and then a bed of whispering voices with the voice of an Italian speaking man talking about schizophrenia sort of phased between both channels. The sound of the fly continues.

This builds, but gradually the other non-voice elements fade out, leaving the bed of whispering voices that ends in a cut-off echo.
