about

The longest track in this episode. The opening to this piece is the same as Electromagma #1 (currently unreleased) heard later in the series. Mr. 1:15 chides Ronald for attention-seeking behavior; Father Luke sings a demented song; a call to a dial up zodiac reading service; Mr. 1:15 makes a manic outgoing; the original piece for 'My Responsibilities' is within this larger piece. This piece is heard in other NCN programs; Tyler Durden goes into his 'cave' from Fight Club leads into a psychedelic sequence in which Slick Rick and Melissa exhorting Ronald to 'grow up' with commentary on the phenomenon by 1:15. The clicks and pops in this first part of this psychedelic section are from the unknown vinyl from which the background music is taken which was found in the KFJC library at the time. In the second sequence we hear Ronald's response to Melissa and more of 1:15's commentary. A clip from a news program on voice mailboxes and new phone services circa 1990 is heard in a loop.
