Making Monkeys and Pizza

from Monkey Pizza by NCN

/

about

We hear the opening vamp of '5 Little Monkeys' playing in the background with samples of Phil Hendrie's 'Pizza H-t' prank call from his radio show in the foreground. This segues into the actual song '5 Little Monkeys' by Pumpernickel Park, which is sprinkled throughout this track.

We hear an Indian man telling us how to make pizza. Weaved with this, is Devo singing 'Jocko Homo' from their live album 'Now It Can Be Told'.

We hear part of an infomercial which purportedly shows Domino's execs revamping their pizza recipe to turn around the product after product disappointment by customers. Some of the history of Domino's is told. Parts of M1dy's 'Cold Pizza' is heard dropped in to this mix. Various monkey sound effects, and audience laughter and applauce, can be heard psychedelically at this point and throughout the rest of the track. We also hear parts of Midnight Voicejail's episode 17 of 'Monkey Pizza' and more from Crank Yanker's monkey on the loose prank phone call.

We hear briefly part of 'Pizza Heaven' by The Brutals, the back to the mix. We hear a man doing a very good Arnold Schwarzeneggar impression for 'Ahnold's Pizza' intercut with a commercial for Little Caesar's pizza.
