about

We hear part of 'Men of Steel' by Jack Hertz at the start of the track (and sprinkled throughout) then a bit of the song 'Manhood' by Harry Chapin (also heard later on) and words from an interview of 'The Way of Men' author Jack Donovan and excerpts from the song 'Wimp' by Romanovsky & Phillips. Part of a remix of Negativland 'Penis and Sperm' from their album Sex Dirt (this remix is on NCN's 'Sex Education'). We hear weaved-in excerpts from the song 'Against the Wind' by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. Samples of Leo from www.actualized.org and Joe Ehrrman. Excerpts from 'Walking on Rooftops' by NCN. More of 'Men of Steel' and a 'Being a Man is Hard' piece is near the end of the track.
