Part 4 of 5 - Chime-like music is heard amidst various samples including clips from interview with, and material about, Richard Hoagland and his theories about the Martian 'face'. Some calls are taken amidst old radio serial clips amidst psychedelic music and interview clips. More 'True or False' samples. More from the Art Bell interview with Hoagland. An unknown song is played amidst music, effects and samples. Speculation on extraterrestrials on Mars. Clips from a production of 'Junkyard' from the series 'X Minus One' is heard. Hoagland basically says NASA has evil intentions, subverting democracy. More NASA educational public relations recordings (NASA 25th Anniversary Space Notes). The question 'Why does this mean something' is repeated and the music flourishes.
