about

This track is nearly 30 minutes long and is mixed live on the air on Negativland's KPFA Show 'Over the Edge'. Don Joyce is not involved in this piece.

This is a synthesis or re-interpretation of 'The BeatleRape' originally by Big City Orchestra, and was performed live at the Big City Orchestra 30th Anniversary Show, some four months prior, at the Cafe DuNord in San Francisco (January 30th, 2010). It was rehearsed several times before it's performance. It utilizes many, many different samples and snippets from Beatles folklore and discography.

The Lennon 'genius' interview clip is from the Rolling Stones interview. Bad words have been bleeped for airplay. A live and shorter version of this piece is available with the entire 'album' download as a bonus track, but will not fit on a burned cd, of which this is the second track.
